El espanglés y la utilidad del español neutroVillegas Erce, Alvaro spanglishespanglés anglicismo español neutro anglicism neutral Spanish Spanglish is a complex language phenomenon limited to the United States of America and some areas bordering that country. The entry of numerous terms and structures from English into the Spanish language spoken in the rest of the world does not produce or constitute Spanglish, and should not be mistaken for it even though "Spanglish" is a colloquial term in Spanish for a language featuring English influence to a greater or lesser extent. Neutral Spanish is an artificial dialect of Spanish, and since it requires a significant degree of scholarship and research, learning it involves additional efforts that can hardly be expected from those who do not manage their own vernacular Spanish dialect well, as is generally the case among Spanglish speakers. Defense against anglicized translations can only be achieved by training translators to acquire in-depth knowledge of their language-regardless of their vernacular dialect-with complete respect for, and increased awareness of, the linguistic differences and realities of the various Spanish-speaking communities, including the US community MedTrad 2006 text (article) El espanglés y la utilidad del español neutro Panace@: Boletín de Medicina y Traducción, ISSN 1537-1964, Vol. 7, Nº. 24, 2006, pags. 318-321 spa | a | aLa definición lexicográfica del concepto "americanismo léxico" en el ámbito germánico y románicoEl español en las películas estadounidenses: aproximación discursivaEffects of cross-linguistic influences on second language acquisition: a corpus-based study of semantic transfer in written productionetiquetas: language transfer La segmentación idiomática en los mercados periodísticos de Baleares, Cataluña, Galicia, País Vasco y Valenciaetiquetas: segmentación - diarios - suplementos - segmentation - newspapers - supplements - lenguas autonómicas - regional language La problemática del verbo "gustar" en los manuales universitarios de E/LE | a |
